David Wandrey, CPA, Part-Time CFO for medium and small size businesses has consulted or been employed with companies that have sales ranging between $2 million and $500 million annually. David has over 20+ years of financial management and consulting experience in a variety of industries including, publishing, internet, manufacturing, medical, construction, defense, computers, retail, real estate, financial services, cable television, and newspaper. David served 5 years as a corporate controller for an international public NYSE manufacturer with a market capitalization over $1 billion. He served as CFO in an internet partnership owned by a venture capital company that had dedicated $100 million for internet acquisitions. David has served as an interim-controller for a $300 million subsidiary of a $2.7 billion publicly traded company. David understands small business owners as he owned a successful property management corporation where he increased the revenue over 40% and then sold the company for 30% more than the original purchase price. David developed the real estate model, “Location, Location,” for acquiring homes in 2006 and that model is still working today even with the market correction the country has experienced. David earned his CPA designation while working at Ernst & Young in the audit and tax department. He earned his bachelors of science degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge, with an option in Accounting Theory and Practice. He lives in Manhattan Beach, California and serves on a non-profit school board and the finance committee for his local church.
